Thank you for shopping with Margot's Mercantile. We work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During holidays, sales events, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If significant delays occur, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
Shipping Carriers
We ship orders using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and other regional delivery partners depending on the destination and service selected.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges to be reshipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and package handling are outside of our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier to locate the shipment.
Margot's Mercantile is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue and help find a resolution.
Domestic Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only unless otherwise noted on the website.
